White Bean Houmous

White bean houmous is a unique alternative to the traditional
chickpea version. Our recipe adds soaked cashews to create an
addictively creamy texture.

Ingredients

3 Cloves, Garlic
425 g White Beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp Tahini
64g Cashews, soaked
64g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

Add garlic cloves to the Work Bowl and PULSE until minced.

Add the remainder of the ingredients and run on HIGH until creamy.
