1. Can I make hot soup in my nutribullet cup? 

No. Never use the nutribullet cups to make hot soups or beverages. 

2. Can I mix carbonated liquids in my nutribullet cups? 

No. Never use the nutribullet cups to mix carbonated liquids. 

3. How many blending cycles do I get per charge? 

The Portable Blender delivers 15 blending cycles per 90-minute charge. 

4. What is the cup made of? 

The Portable Blender's cup is made of lightweight but durable Tritan plastic.

5. Am I able to use my current nutribullet cups and blades on the new nutribullet range? 

o No. Only accessories made for the Portable Blender are compatible. 

6. How do I clean my Portable Blender? 

We recommend cleaning the base with a damp sponge or cloth, never submerge the base under water. The cup and lid are top rack dishwasher-safe. 

7. Why is my nutribullet leaking? 

It may be that the seal has dislodged from its position or damaged. Please contact our customer service team to discuss this further.
