120 ml Water
240 ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
1 Teaspoon Oats, rolled, gluten-free
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
2 Tablespoons Nutribullet Protein Blend™
70 g Ice
