Chicken sausage & veggie “sheet pan” meal.

It’s one and done with this speedy meal, which roasts pre-cooked chicken sausage with fresh veggies for an easy and filling dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Red Onion, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Courgette, Small, Sliced
  • 31g Green Beans, Trimmed
  • 2 Mini Peppers, Halved
  • 1 Carrot, Small, Chopped
  • 3 Brussels Sprouts, Halved
  • 1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 225g Pre-Cooked Chicken Sausage, Sliced
  • 1 Spring, Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Directions

Toss all ingredients, aside from the cooking spray, together in a large bowl.

Spray the Cooking Drawer with cooking spray and add the chicken and veggie mixture.

Select the POULTRY setting and adjust temperature to 180°C and cook time to 15 minutes. Select START to begin cooking. Shake the drawer at the 10-minute mark to ensure even cooking.
