OUR CUSTOMER CARE: Our Customer Care team will continue to do everything they can to answer your queries from their homes, no matter how big or small, via phone or email.  We’re here for you! We may take a little longer to get back to you, so please bear with us and be reassured our aim is to reply within 48 hours. Don’t forget to visit our new Product Support area on the website too, where you’ll find interactive videos and guides which may help you.

PLACING YOUR ORDER: You can continue to order online or call our sales team.

OUR DELIVERY SERVICE: Our warehouse are currently following government guidelines and working under the social distancing protocol. This means that orders are taking a little longer than usual to be dispatched. Rest assured you will receive your order; however, we are asking you to allow us 3 – 5 working days to do this. We apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience. You can find out more details of how DPD and Hermes will deliver and leave parcels safely to your door.
