Extended Christmas Returns Policy
To enhance your shopping experience this holiday season, we are pleased to announce an extension of our return policy. Any purchases made between October 15, 2024, and December 24, 2024, can be returned until January 15, 2025. For purchases made from December 25 onwards, our standard refund policy will apply.
Can I Return My Item?
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee in addition to your statutory rights. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund of the product price (excluding postage and packaging charges), provided the item is in a resalable condition, in its original packaging, and includes all instructions, contents, and any free or bonus items received.
Please ensure that products are returned in their original packaging when possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack the item securely and label it clearly with your order number.
Items Excluded from the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
Items that have come into contact with food.
Garments/underwear if the hygiene label or tag has been removed or if the garment has been worn.
Goods that cannot be returned in their original condition due to their nature.

EVRi Home Collection Service (Printer Required)
We have partnered with EVRi for a convenient return experience. Click the button below to print your label and arrange a collection from your preferred address for just £6.99.
EVRi Local Parcelshop Drop-off
Alternatively, you can drop off your packaged item at your local EVRi Parcelshop for just £3.99. Click the button below to print your label, or request label printing at your local Parcelshop.
For returns with EVRI, please ensure your parcel meets the following criteria:
Maximum Weight: 15 kg
Maximum Length: 120 cm
Maximum Volume: 225 cm
Post Office (No Printer Required)
If you prefer to return your item via the Post Office, follow the packaging instructions under “How do I return an item?” and return it to your local Post Office, retaining the tracking reference. The cost will depend on the size and weight of the item.

Returning Items for Free

Please note that cancellations and returns after the 30-Day Money Back Period will not qualify for a full refund.
I’ve paid with Klarna / Clearpay – How is my refund affected?
Your Klarna or Clearpay invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your initial order has been shipped. The invoice period will be shown on your invoice. Your right to return items isn’t affected by this invoice period, and you’ll only have to pay for the items that you keep.
If you’ve returned items from an order paid for with Klarna or Clearpay, and you’re near the end of your invoice period, we recommend extending the deadline to avoid payment charges.

You’ll automatically receive a reminder from Klarna or Clearpay if you pass the date of payment shown on your invoice. If you’ve received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact our Customer Service with your returns tracking.
Once your return has been completed by nutribullet, you’ll receive your refund within 5-10 working days to your chosen account and get an updated invoice from Klarna or Clearpay.
