Try out one of our nutribullets for 30 days. If for whatever reason, you decide it’s not for you, contact our customer support, and we will arrange a free return and full refund for your order.
When does the trial period start?
Your risk-free trial will start the day you receive your nutribullet.
Which orders are eligible for the 30 day risk free trial?
All main nutribullet products are eligible for the risk-free trial excluding accessories.
Is there any product trials for accessories?
No, we do not offer a risk-free trial on our nutribullet accessories.
Do I have to keep the packaging the nutribullet arrives in?
Yes, if deciding to return the item as part of the risk-free trial, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
How do I return my nutribullet within the 30 day risk trial?
If, for whatever reason, you decide the nutribullet is not for you, please contact our customer support on 0344 800 2198 or email [email protected] to arrange.
When will I receive my refund?
If you return your order, we will refund your order within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or upon receipt of proof of return to our returns department. Your will receive your refund back to your original payment method.
How long will the 30 day risk free trial be available?
We will be running this offer until 29/02/24.
What condition does my nutribullet need to be in to return?
The nutribullet should power on, work as expected and be free of cracks or damage.
