Loaded with vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties, these fruits also add the perfect amount of sweetness to every smoothie! This heart-healthy recipe is rich and velvety, thanks to a satiating combination of oats and almond butter that’ll have you saying “YUMMM!”

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Kale – or spinach or leafy greens of your choice, optional
  • 150g Strawberries, frozen
  • 100g Cherries, frozen
  • 350ml Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter, no added salt
  • 40g Oats, rolled, gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Honey
