As a precautionary measure, Nutribullet launched a voluntary corrective action regarding specific units of the rechargeable blender “Nutribullet Go” model NBG-100.Only units with the following serial numbers and the accompanying SKU numbers as shown in the table below are potentially affected.You can easily identify if your blender is affected by checking the serial number and the accompanying SKU number shown on the rating label underside the motor base of the blender (see illustration below):
Units of the same model with serial numbers and the accompanying SKU numbers not listed in the table above or any other Nutribullet blender models are not affected.
Hazard: It cannot be completely ruled out that isolated cells of the battery of the affected “Nutribullet Go” model NBG-100 could overheat during charging, creating a potential fire risk.
Remedy: Please stop using the “Nutribullet Go” model NBG-100 rechargeable blender, visit the following website to verify if your blender is potentially affected as well as to register to participate in the voluntary corrective action and receive a replacement product free-of-charge.
