Ingredients

55g salted butter, melted 100g sugar 1 egg ½ tsp vanilla extract 35g unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat the oven to 150°C and grease a 20cm square tin.

Add the butter and sugar to the work bowl and run for 10 seconds.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the work bowl and run for 10 seconds.

Add cocoa powder and flour to work bowl and pulse until combined.

Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
