Cauliflower Rice

A low-carb, high nutrition alternative to white or brown rice in any of your favourite recipes!

Ingredients

Cauliflower – broken into florets

Directions

Add the cauliflower florets to the work bowl and pulse 3-5 times until you make rice sized pieces. You need to do this several times depending on the size of the cauliflower.

To cook the cauliflower rice, just add to a skillet with olive oil and cook for 5-8 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

You can store your cooked cauliflower rice in the fridge for up to 5 days. Uncooked cauliflower rice can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
