Cookie Dough Dip

Who hasn't snuck a swipe of dough when baking cookies? This protein and fiber packed dip delivers all the doughiness you crave without the worry of raw ingredients.

Ingredients

425g Chickpeas (1 can, drained, rinsed and peeled for smoother consistency)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
60ml Almond Milk or Milk of choice
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
35g Cashew Butter (or Nut Butter of choice)
24g Almond Flour
40g Chocolate Chips

Directions

Add all ingredients to the pitcher except for chocolate chips.

Cover the pitcher with pitcher lids.

Blend on PULSE setting 5 times, scrape sides down and check for consistency. Pulse as needed to fully incorporate mixture until you reach desired consistency.

Transfer blended dip to a bowl, mix in chocolate chips.
