Creamy Potato and Corn Soup
Be sure to make enough of this one for yourself! Creamy, hearty and oh so healthy, you and your baby are going to love this soup!
Ingredients
240ml Milk, 2%
70g Potato, cooked
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
240ml Vegetable Broth, low-sodium
160g Corn, kernels
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the Batchbowl (except for the corn) and blend until smooth.
Pour the contents into a pot and add the corn.
Heat over medium heat until the corn niblets are tender.
Serve or store away until needed!
