- 340g Chick Peas – drained
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 60ml Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground
Place all ingredients in the work bowl and run for 10 seconds.
Remove lid and scrape hummus down sides of the bowl with a spatula and run again for 10 seconds.
Transfer to a bowl and serve. Great served with warm pita, carrot and celery for a light snack or starter.
