Ghost Smoothie
All the Halloween sweets and treats can be daunting when you're trying to be healthy, but you can still have a sweet smoothie and feel good about it because it's filled with fruits and veggies! Made with just five ingredients, including cauliflower and banana, this creamy dessert smoothie is both a trick and a treat!
Ingredients
1/2 Banana
35g Cauliflower, raw, chopped
2 tbsp Cashews, dry roasted, unsalted
250ml Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
40g Ice
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
