Ingredients
- 177ml Coffee, black, cooled
- 177ml Rice Milk, unsweetened
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon – plus more to garnish
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Rum
Directions
Brew a 177ml of coffee and chill for at least 4 hours.
Combine coffee, rice milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, and rum together in a blender, and blend until the mixture reaches a frothy consistency.
Fill a large tumbler or highball glass with ice. Pour blended mixture into the glass and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
