Potato Wedges
Ingredients
2 potato – yukon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
1 tsp italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 4 minutes.
Cut potatoes into wedges and pat dry.
Toss all ingredients into a bowl and coat wedges with seasonings.
Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes. Then, remove the fry pot and flip potato wedges. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes.
