Thick and Rich Vegan Black Bean Dip
Chock full of protein, fiber, antioxidants and more, black beans make a wonderful, creamy, comforting dip that's great with veggies or as a dollop on top of salads, macro bowls and soups. Enjoy!
1 0.6 Cups Black Beans, canned, low-sodium – drained & rinsed
1/2 Avocado – pitted
1 Tablespoon Cilantro
1 Garlic, clove
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Broth, vegetable
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin, ground
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
