  • 45g Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Onion, raw
  • 2 clove Garlic, raw
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
