Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
176g brussels sprouts – halved
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
2 tbsp vinegar, balsamic
2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with remaining ingredients.
Air fry for 8 minutes. Remove the fry pot and shake brussels sprouts. Air fry for another 8 minutes.
