Lean and Green Edamame Hummus
Made with protein and fiber-packed edamame, the Lean and Green Edamame Hummus is a wonderful and tasty twist on everyday hummus. It's great as a dip or spread on toast and sprinkled with seeds, spouts, and paprika, yum!
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Edamame, shelled, steamed
1 Tablespoon Cilantro
1 Garlic, clove
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin, ground
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Tahini
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
