Ingredients
43 g Baby Kale
1/2 Cup Blueberries, frozen
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Kefir, plain, low-fat
240 ml Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
1 Teaspoon Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Acacia Fiber
70 g Ice
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
