Berry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
120ml Almond Milk, unsweetened – or milk of choice
100g Blueberries – fresh
75g Ice
1/2 Banana
2 tbsp high-quality protein powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to the tall cup and twist on the cross blade.
Blend until smooth - then serve and enjoy!
