Burgers
Sink your teeth into a delicious restaurant-style hamburger made from lean beef.
Ingredients
680g braising steak
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Cut meat into cubes.
Load work bowl with 1/4 of the meat at a time. Pulse 10 times and transfer the ground meat to a clean mixing bowl.
Add onion and garlic to work bowl and pulse 5 times. Transfer to the meat mixture.
Add sauce to the mixture and mix until combined.
Split the mixture into 6 portions and form slider patties with each portion.
Cook on the pan to desired finish.
Serve in burger buns with your choice of fillings.
