Ingredients
118ml Coffee, black, cooled
117g Oats, rolled, gluten-free
115g Dates, pitted – tightly packed
23g Almonds – chopped

Brew, chill and cover coffee for at least 4 hours.

Add oats, dates, and almonds to a food processor and pulse together until they form sticky clumps. Add espresso and pulse just to combine, taking care not to overmix.

Form mixture into nine bite-sized balls about 1-inch in diameter each.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
