Cacao Chickpea Hummus
Garbanzo beans are a great vegan and gluten-free source of protein and fiber. Add antioxidant-rich cacao and low-on-the-glycemic index agave, and you have a small, sweet, indulgent fix for those sweet tooth cravings!
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Garbanzo Beans – drained
5 Tablespoons Coconut Milk, unsweetened
3 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
3 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until it reaches the desired consistency, about 30 to 60 seconds.
Enjoy with seasonal fruit or mixed with yogurt!
