- 75g Carrot
- 2 Dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp Coconut, unsweetened flakes
- 61g Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat
- 352ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
