Chimichurri

The classic cilantro-packed steak topping adds herby complexity to any savoury dish. If beef isn’t your thing, it’s just as good atop grain bowls, fish, chicken, or roasted veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tsp Sage, ground
  • 4 Garlic, clove
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar, white wine

Directions
