This herby, garlicky, Argentinean condiment is great for dipping, dressing or marinating meat, chicken, fish or veggies.
Ingredients
1 bunch Italian parsley
1 bunch coriander
6 mint leaves
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp fresh oregano
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
dash of cayenne
Directions

Add the parsley to the work bowl and pulse 5 times.

Add the remainder of the ingredients to the work bowl and run for 20 seconds.

Use as a marinade or sauce for meat, chicken or fish. Can also be used as a salad dressing or dipping sauce.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
