Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

60ml cup Almond Milk, unsweetened 85g cup Raspberries 2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 31g cup All-Purpose Flour 31g cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened 3 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips

Directions

Add all ingredients, except for chocolate chips and salt, to the nutribullet ® Cup.

Blend ingredients until evenly mixed and divide the batter into two mini mugs (about ½ cup of batter per mug).

Divide chocolate chips between the mugs and stir to distribute. Microwave each mug for 1 minute.

Sprinkle with salt to finish.
