Ingredients
½ purple cabbage
½ head green cabbage
2 carrots
1 small bunch parsley
250ml mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp celery seeds
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Directions

One ingredient at a time, use the shred disc to shred the cabbages and carrots. Transfer to a serving bowl

Remove the shred disc and replace with the chopping blade. Add the remaining ingredients and run for 10 seconds until fully incorporated with parsley.

Add parsley mixture into the bowl with the shredded vegetables.

Mix until well combined and serve.
