Ingredients
2 Garlic, clove
1 Lemon – squeezed/juiced
2 3/4 Cups Garbanzo Beans – drained & raised
2 Tablespoons Tahini
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika, ground
2 Tablespoons Parsley
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Water
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
Enjoy with fresh-cut veggies and whole-grain pita chips!
