Heart Healthy Fats Smoothie

This recipe includes beneficial plant fats that you can add to your diet like avocado, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.

Ingredients

100g Pineapple, fresh

100g Strawberries, frozen

100g  Banana, frozen

75g Avocado

237ml Coconut Water

1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 medjool Dates, pitted

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
