Jon’s Winning Green Smoothie
In an office filled with fruits, veggies, almond milk, and NutriBullets, it only made sense to hold our own smoothie-making contest. We tested them all, and this one reigns supreme. Developed by Jon, our Senior Software Developer, this green smoothie is filled with heart-healthy hemp and flax seeds, and it's full of alpha-linolenic acid, plant-based protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. Juicy peaches and blackberries add a burst of sweetness and nutrients, while leafy greens support healthy vision and strong bones. Ingredients
1 Cup Kale
43 g Spinach
1 Cup Peach, pitted
1 Cup Blackberries
120 ml Coconut Water
240 ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
1/3 Cup Oats, rolled, gluten-free
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
2 Tablespoons Nutribullet Protein Blend™
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
