Lemon Garlic Prawns

Enjoy these flavourful prawns on their own, or serve atop pasta, with rice, or in tacos for a filling and well-balanced meal.

Ingredients

  • 225g Prawns
  • Cooking Spray

Marinade:

  • 1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tbs Lemon Grass Paste
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tsp Dill & Parsley, Minced
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Directions

Whisk together marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add prawns, toss to coat, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spray Cooking Drawer with cooking spray and add prawns. Select the SHELLFISH setting and adjust cook time to 8 minutes. Press START to begin cooking. Shake the drawer at the 5-minute mark to ensure even cooking.
