Mango-Mint Merger
There is a definite zing to this smoothie recipe, made with tangy lime, refreshing mint, and sweet mango! The healthy fats from the chia seeds and a wide range of vitamins and minerals from coconut flakes, coconut water, carrots, spinach, and mangoes make this a very successful merger!
Ingredients
85 g Spinach
3 Mint
1/2 Cup Carrots, baby, raw
1 Cup Mango, fresh, pitted
1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice 360 ml Coconut Water
1 Tablespoon Coconut, unsweetened flakes
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
