Ingredients
3 large potatoes
2 tbsp unsalted butter
60ml heavy cream
3 roasted garlic cloves
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp chopped chives

Peel and boil the potatoes till tender.

Drain the water from the potatoes and let the potatoes cool.

Once cooled, cut the potatoes into quarters. Place 6 potato quarters into the work bowl and pulse 5 times.

Add rest of the potato quarters to the bowl and pulse 5 more times.

Add the remaining ingredients and run for 10 seconds.

Transfer to a serving bowl and heat before serving.
