375 ml Olive Oil
135 g Pine nuts, dried
135 g Parmesan Cheese – grated
6 Garlic, clove
60 g Basil – packed
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, ground
Add ingredients to the pitcher in the order listed, cover with the pitcher lid, and PULSE 3-5 times to combine.
Increase speed to MEDIUM until ingredients are evenly blended. If you find ingredients are not blending evenly, insert the tamper through the hole in the pitcher lid and stir to redistribute the mixture.
