Pizza Sauce
DIY pizza sauce? D-I-why not? It's easy, it's fresh...and man does it taste good!
Ingredients
400g chopped tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp fresh oregano
1 small bunch fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
Directions
Load all of the ingredients, except tomatoes into the work bowl and run for 10 seconds.
Add the chopped tomatoes and run for 10 seconds.
Simmer the sauce for 25 minutes on low heat. Ready for your pizzas.
