Restaurant-Style Red Salsa

Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion, raw – yellow, cut in 2 quarters
- 2 Spring Onions – cut into 3″ pieces
- 3 Garlic, clove
- 16g Coriander – packed, no stems
- 2 Jalapeno Pepper – halved and seeded
- 394g Tomatoes, canned – diced
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Add onion, spring onion, and garlic to the work bowl. Pulse until finely diced.
Add coriander and jalapenos and run ON for 10 seconds.
Add tomatoes, lime juice, salt, sugar. Run ON for 5 seconds.
Pour into a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and enjoy!
