Spring into Spring
Spring is finally in full bloom, so celebrate the season with a refreshing smoothie that’s bursting with antioxidants and heart-healthy nutrients. Sweet pineapple and coconut are the perfect pair, but add some slightly peppery arugula to the mix and you’ve got a party for your palate!
1/2 Cup Arugula
21 g Spinach
1 Cup Pineapple, frozen
1 Tablespoon Goji Berries, dried
360 ml Coconut Milk, unsweetened
1 Tablespoon Cashew Butter, plain w/o added salt
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
