Ingredients
128g Sunflower Seeds, unsalted
128g Pumpkin Seeds, unsalted
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/8 tsp Sea Salt – or one pinch
Directions

In a medium skillet on medium heat, lightly dry-toast the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, stirring frequently with a spatula for about 3 minutes until lightly browned.

Add the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to the Work Bowl. Process on HIGH. Stop every few minutes to scrape down the sides as necessary, for about 7-10 minutes.

Add oil and continue to process on HIGH for 2 minutes, or until butter is completely formed.

Add maple syrup and salt, and process on LOW for 1 minute to incorporate.

Transfer to a jar and stir in chia seeds.

Store in a cool, dry place, or refrigerate.
