The 3PM Slump

We have all been there! Not quite late enough to go home from a long workday and a pile of work to still get through, and you just need a quick pick-me-up to finish the day off strong. Bananas, beets, and coconut water provide electrolytes that help maintain nerve and muscle functions to keep us energized for the workday and day-to-day activities. At just over 200 calories, it's light enough to give you the boost of energy and electrolyte to power through!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 Beet, raw
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries, frozen
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Water
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions

Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
