Turkey meatballs make a versatile protein option for all sorts of meals. Pair them with spaghetti, spaghetti squash, or zucchini noodles for a classic combo, or serve as a filling and flavourful addition to soups, salads, or grain bowls.

Ingredients

  • 225g Turkey, Ground
  • 225g Turkey Sausage
  • 56g Grated Mozzarella
  • 30g Breadcrumbs
  • 1tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1bs Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Cooking Spray

Directions

Add all ingredients, aside from the cooking spray, to a large bowl and mix together until fully combined.

Portion the mixture and form 8 meatballs, roughly 2 ounces each.

Spray the Cooking Drawer with oil and evenly distribute meatballs in a single layer

Select the POULTRY setting and adjust cook time to 10 minutes. Press START to begin cooking. Flip the meatballs at the 5-minute mark to ensure even cooking
