Mango Gelato
Dreamy, creamy, and full of mouth-watering mango flavour, this easy dessert goes for the gold.
Ingredients
660g Mango, frozen chunks
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
252g, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Add all ingredients into the magic bullet Pitcher and attach the lid. Load and lock the Pitcher onto the motor base.
First, pulse ingredients 4 times to begin breaking down. Next, blend on LOW until ingredients start to come together, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if any ingredients get stuck. Add 30ml of water if needed. Once ingredients are mostly combined, switch the speed to HIGH until mixture is completely smooth.
Pour into an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, use an ice cream scoop to transfer gelato to a bowl. Garnish with your favourite toppings, if desired, and enjoy!
