Apple Pie Smoothie
Apple pie a la mode meets nourishing, plant-based nutrition - it doesn't get much more wholesome than that.
Ingredients
2 large Apples, cored & quartered
60g Baby Spinach
4 Medjool Dates, pitted
340g soft Silken Tofu, chilled
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Cardamom
120ml unsweetened Almond Milk (or other Milk alternative)
400g Ice
Directions
Add all ingredients except ice to the pitcher in the order listed.
Cover with the pitcher lid and blend on HIGH for 30 seconds.
Add ice and blend using the SMOOTHIES program.
Serve with a dash of cinnamon.
