Fresh, flavourful and a little lighter - though no less satisfying - than your traditional meatball!                
Ingredients
                
                    450g boneless chicken thigh meat
30g parsley
16g cup mint
3 cloves garlic
½ onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

                        Place the garlic and onion in the work bowl. Run until minced.

                        Place half of the chicken into the work bowl at a time and pulse for 10 times.
