Store-bought granola doesn’t hold a candle to the homemade kind, which is not only tastier, but healthier and cheaper, too. It’s also super easy to make. Win-win-win-win.
Ingredients
- 180g Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 30g Pumpkin Seeds
- 35g Cashews, Roughly Chopped
- 31g Walnuts, Roughly Chopped
- 3 tbs Chia Seeds
- 32g Cranberries, Dried
- 3 tbs Maple Syrup
- 3 tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 tbs Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Cooking Spray
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir and mix together.

Line drawers with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

Divide the mixture evenly between both Cooking Drawers.

Press SYNC and select the BAKE setting, adjusting cook time to 12 minutes. Then press START to begin cooking.

Stir the granola halfway through, at the 6-minute mark.

Once cooking is complete, allow granola to cool before storing in an airtight container.
