Peanut Butter & Cacao N’ice Cream

Frozen bananas make a brilliant base for dairy-free ice cream due to their thick and creamy texture. Here, we kick their flavour up a notch, adding peanut butter and cacao nibs for an extra-special treat.

Ingredients

340g Banana slices, frozen (about 2 large Bananas)
32g Cacao Nibs
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
32g Peanut Butter
32g Unsweetened Almond Milk

Directions

Add all ingredients to the Work Bowl. Process on HIGH with the Chopping Blade for 1 minute.

Scrape down the sides. Process again for another minute.

Transfer N'ice Cream to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

Freeze for 2 hours and serve.
