1 Persian Cucumber
1/4 Avocado
1 Cup Pineapple, frozen
1/2 Tablespoon Ginger Root, fresh
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
360 ml Coconut Water
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Powder
